Ingredients for 2 people
250 grams of chicken thigh

2 teaspoons of Soy sauce
1 teaspoon of Sugar
40 grams of flour
10 grams of starch

1.1.【Preparation】
Chicken thigh: Cut meat into one-bite size. Put grinded garlic, say
