2009/5/1 Cooking party ~Oita food~

Dango in Miso Soup(^U^*)♪★

ingredients (4 portions)

flour    200g

water    110cc 

salt (already taken up in water)    1 teaspoon


miso    40g

Agodashi (soup of flying fish)    4 cups

sake for cooking    1 tablespoon

sweet sake for seasoning    1 tablespoon


carrot    1/2

Chinese cabbage    1/2

leek    1

aroid    4~5

shiitake    3

nameko    2 packs

burdock    1




・to dress..

Put water into flour and knead it until it gets tender as earlobe

Wrap it up and wait for 30 min.

Roll it as 5cm and cut.


1.   Cut vegetables (size: easy to eat)

2.   Boil Agodashi and let miso dissolve in the soup. Then add sake and sweet sake into it.

3.   Put veges into 2.

4.   When the veges are cooked/boiled, add dango.

5.   When dango gets slick and yellow, it's ready♪!

Ingredients for 2 people
  • 250 grams of chicken thigh
  • Some grinded garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Sugar
  • 40 grams of flour
  • 10 grams of starch
  • An egg

1.    1.Preparation

Chicken thigh: Cut meat into one-bite size. Put grinded garlic, say sauce, sugar and meat in the small plastic bag altogether. Then stir them with your hands.


2.    Mix an egg in a bowl, and add flour and starch. Put water in the bowl. Keep mixing hard, until it looks soft rather than smooth.


3.    Put #1 into #2 and mix lightly. Soak chickens in 180°oil little by little. Take them out when they look like fried enough.
